About the role: This is an entry level role requiring proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to learn and master multiple FIS products and systems. Generally performing multiple tasks ranging from simple to more complex levels of research and support while working independently with minimal supervision. Consult with senior peers on more-complex tasks to learn through experience. Typically requires up to one year experience. SQL experience is a plus. About the team: This is a Professional level position as a Fraud Prevention Analyst 1 working with the FIS Fraud Consulting Desk. This team is client-facing and provides excellent service to our issuing customers while serving as an expert to our financial institution customers on all topics related to our fraud monitoring service and products, researching and responding to questions, as well as analyzing authorization data and writing rules to mitigate fraud in real time. We additionally support and work with other internal business partners to determine present and future client needs and discuss progress toward solutions.
