About the team

FIS Securities Lending Processing Platform and FIS Agency Lending Disclosure Processor have a market leading position in delivering technology and services to the Securities Finance & Collateral industry.

The components of FIS' solution suite are designed to support the entire value chain and processes of the Securities Finance and Collateral market. The global business has 200+ clients, both sell side and buy side institutions including Banks, Agent Lenders, Broker/Dealers and Asset Managers.

What you will be doing

Developing professional individual contributor role. Usually with a few years' experience, works on assignments with high to moderate complexity, exercising judgment within defined procedures.

Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Implement and support best practices and tools in version control, application distribution and deployment management, software development lifecycle management, and other software configuration management practices.

* Assisting client development team in the creation, submission, implementation validation, and closure of change request records using the company standard change management tool (aka CMS, Service NOW, JIRA).

* Managing the process to review production changes for security vulnerabilities using the company's approved static code scanning tool (aka Veracode).

* Coordinating, facilitating, managing and controlling scheduled and approved change windows for product release and infrastructure maintenance windows.

* Working with all parties to resolve change-related scheduling conflicts according to established practices.

* Participating in change management reviews and confirmation of changes submitted by associates outside of assigned organization to ensure minimal disruption occurs.

What you bring

* 5 - 7 years of experience

* Experience with Mainframe, JCL, Migration Concepts.

* Experience with CMS, Service NOW, JIRA.

* Software development lifecycle analytics for process improvements and automation opportunities.

* Ability to troubleshoot internal software automation tools and utilities.

* Ability to aid when troubleshooting interfaces to change control and defect tracking systems.

* Knowledgeable of application conversion performances, configurations, and release deployment duties.

* Internal documentation management.

Bonus if you have

* Project management experience.

* Familiar with Systematics software.
