Job Description The Account Executive - Season Tickets is responsible for selling new season ticket accounts and retaining a portion of season ticket accounts that they personally sold from previous years. This position will also be responsible for generating season ticket sales by bringing in new accounts and maintaining a relationship with these accounts in order to retain them annually. Additional responsibilities include provide ongoing communication via telephone, e-mail, mail and ticket system technology driven platforms including CRM, generate new business through calling prospects assigned through the lead model, lapsed Season Seat Holders, and accumulated leads from past seasons, and promote sale of new and renewal season tickets. Maintain contact with all renewed season ticket accounts to provide superior service with focus of retaining accounts from year-to-year
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous sales experience preferred. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work Hours Business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00 pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Must work all home games. |
