Marketing Events Intern - Summer 2025

The Marketing Events Intern will play a vital role in assisting with the annual sales meeting and client conference as well as various other marketing events activities focusing on conferences and tradeshows. Interest in hospitality management or event planning a plus.

The program dates for this internship are from 5/19/2025 or 5/28/2025 to 9/10/2025. This position is based at WellSky's World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

WellSky's summer internship program is designed for candidates seeking hands-on experience and the opportunity to make an impact. Our program offers challenging work that enables interns to provide immediate value inside our organization and in support of our clients. Interns work with cutting edge technologies, sharpen existing knowledge, and develop new skills while collaborating with teammates across our organization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office and possesses strong communication, problem solving and analytic skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently in junior or senior year working toward a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's degree

• Onsite event availability September 6-10, 2025

Job Expectations:

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
