We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM for our hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure development and a good understanding of Finance and Accounting domains. This role involves working in a day shift with no travel requirements.

Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITSM.

Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical expertise in the areas of infrastructure development and ServiceNow ITSM.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with other systems.

Ensure that infrastructure solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.

Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems and processes.

Implement security measures to protect infrastructure systems from potential threats.

Optimize infrastructure systems for scalability and efficiency.

Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure systems and processes.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure development and ServiceNow ITSM.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure systems and processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
• Should have a strong background in infrastructure development.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting domains is a plus.
• Must be proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing infrastructure systems.
• Should have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid work model.
• Should be familiar with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Must have the ability to develop and maintain documentation.
• Should be proactive in staying updated with the newest technologies.
• Must have experience in implementing security measures.
• Should have the ability to train and support team members.
• Must be diligent and able to ensure compliance with policies.
• Should have a solid focus on continuous improvement.
• ITIL Foundation Certifications
• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response experience
• ServiceNow Multi-Source CMDB CMDB 360 experience
• Working experience in multiple Cloud Solutions Azure Google Oracle IBM etc.
• Working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model
• Exposure to IT Asset Management processes
• Knowledge of application architecture and service delivery modeling

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $133,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
