We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Response Team (CIRT) Supervisor to join our Mental Health Co-Responder Program in Philadelphia, PA. This posting is for full-time, first shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (including holidays; schedule subject to change). Our Mental Health Co-Responder Program partners with law enforcement to provide immediate, on-scene mental health support during crisis situations. The CIRT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the clinical team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered in crisis response settings, and assisting with the growth and expansion of the program. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * A master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Public Health, or a closely related social services field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical mental health, crisis intervention, and therapy, particularly with individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. * Background in mental health, therapy, case management, or counseling, with experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations. * Strong knowledge of mental illnesses, trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injury, dementia, and crisis de-escalation techniques. * Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of clinicians, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. * Excellent clinical assessment, case management, and crisis intervention skills. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, law enforcement officers, and community partners. * Familiarity with community mental health resources, particularly those related to mental health and law enforcement collaboration. * Familiarity and proficiency with technology, including case management software, electronic health records, and communication tools. * Ability to maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
