Operations Supervisor 2nd Shift

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who will report to the Distribution Center Supervisor, and who'll be tasked with distributing units, parts, accessories & apparel for our dealers to customers. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth as we expand our dealer network.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities for inbound and if needed outbound.

  • Establish and lead projects including physical inventory moves, relabelling, SKU information, bin information, cycle counts, stock counts, consolidations, and verifying dimensions and weights.

  • Supervise people, processes, budgets, performance management, compliance activities, and people development as required. Provide regular coaching, counseling, and communication to Site Supervisor, Peers, Leads, Coordinators, and employees.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment while being compliant with OSHA and Company Safety Guidelines.

  • Maintain quality work procedures, standards, and practices.

  • Define and plan projects to ensure operational strategies are executed.

  • Establish and achieve performance goals through the performance management process.

  • Interact with other departments frequently to resolve operational issues.

  • Capture and analyze data on current processes to develop plans to meet business needs.

  • Support current and future projects such as S4 implementation and training.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • 5 + years experience in supply chain, internal logistics, warehouse, or industry-related experience.

  • 2 + years experience leading a team.

  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills, with the strength to read situations, adapt to different personalities and maintain professionalism under pressure while building relationships.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to navigate, interpret and extract data.

  • Proven accuracy in all aspects of inventory control and data entry.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings if needed.

  • Experience developing, implementing and executing processes

  • Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite full time in the Beloit, WI site working 2nd Shift 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday-Friday. ( During training period hours will range from 11:00am-7:00pm).

Preferred:

  • SAP system experience or similar

  • Natural curiosity and the ability to work independently

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply, or related field is a plus
