ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

The purpose of this position is to support the Key Private Bank (KPB) Strategy & Implementation Team, specifically the maintenance of the definitions, descriptions, hierarchies and quality of customer level data elements in addition to providing data analytics and insights to help manage and grow the business. This individual will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and deep business acumen and will be accountable for ensuring the quality of Key Private Bank customer data is accurate. Additionally, this individual will act as a leader for not only the data integrity of KPB customer data, but also across other business units included, but not limited to, Data Management & Governance, Client Insights, and Banking Administration. This individual will be responsible for managing KPB data and CRM systems as well as supporting all of KPB's data reporting needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Obtain a deep understanding of Line of Business (LOB) clients and systems that capture/report data
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day data needs of KPB's CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Interact and Train Field professionals on data entry and best practices related to KPB's CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support the planning and analysis of complex business data usage problems and can anticipate and solve data capturing issues
  • Oversee all data reporting needs for the LOB ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Oversee Data Steward activities on a daily basis and escalate data issues as necessary
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to senior leadership.
  • Identify and raise issues quickly
  • Engage with business partners as necessary to organize and analyze data, data trends, and issues
  • Engage with Sales Leaders to identify and support Field data needs related to prospecting/lead lists, book analysis, and other needs as identified

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree and 1+ years of data analytics experience.
  • Experience with various data management systems.
  • Strong organization and time management skills. Additionally, the job will require analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across lines of businesses to identify and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
