Maintenance Manager

Location: Traveling position based out of Westborough, MA - Spectrum Treatment Campus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $34.00-$37.00/hour

Qualifications:

• At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in building maintenance and/or custodial services preferred.
• General construction knowledge and ability preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have ability to use and operate snow blowers, lawn mowers, and basic hand and power tools.
• Must display the ability to interact with clients on an appropriate, professional level

The Maintenance Worker:

• Assisting the Building Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor in the maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant and grounds as well as all machinery and equipment at the Westborough Campus.
  
• Performing janitorial duties and responds to related issues.
• May travel to other Spectrum facilities to perform similar duties.
• Working with the Director of Environment of Care, the Building Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance supervisor, The Director of Inpatient Services as well as Program Managers to ensure that the facilities are well maintained.
• Directing or overseeing client labor as well as vocational trainee labor.
• Being available early morning, late nights or weekends as emergencies, snow removal or other urgent needs arise.
