*Job Description *
We are seeking a AV Specialist with experience in new system rollouts and collaboration with network and security teams. The ideal candidate will lead several system enhancement projects and take a proactive approach to AV maintenance, ensuring systems function smoothly through scheduled preventative checks. *Key Responsibilities:* * Serve as the main point of contact for AV-related questions and troubleshooting from end users. * Set up AV technology in high-profile conference rooms using the Altona system and Osram lighting controls, and troubleshoot conferences in smaller rooms using Microsoft Teams and Airtame. * Coordinate meeting room setups and record retention with Iron Mountain. * Handle specialty printing, high-volume copy jobs, and all packages, mail, and deliveries. * Manage special projects for various departments, including mass mailings and special event coordination. * Order supplies for the department, including stationery, forms, envelopes, and coffee. * Maintain the cafeteria by stocking snacks, cups, and cleaning coffee machines. *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, primarily onsite (must be comfortable attesting to vaccination status). *Experience and Educational Requirements:* * Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is a plus. * Experience with ServiceNow, Evoko, and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
