Description *Join the team that is a leader in engineering, designing and manufacturing of leading-edge military expeditionary products and rugged industrial/commercial products since 1937.* *What We Offer:* Health benefits, including telehealth medical services, Dental & Vision Life, AD&D & Disability (paid for by the company) 401K with a company match What You'll Do: Performs medium to light assembly tasks using both hand and power tools Primary tasks include drilling, riveting, or otherwise fastening sheet metal and purchased components together Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting Follows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Adheres to all quality and safety standards Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned Candidate Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of manufacturing related experience preferred Experience with hand and power tools required Must be able to lift and push up to 50 lbs., repetitive motion, with occasional lifting/pushing up to 75 lbs. Ability to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rules Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary, including weekends This position requires access to or use of export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
