Position Overview

As the Customer Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a team of 9 customer service representatives across two locations. Your mission? Move the department beyond basic data entry and transform it into a customer-centric, sales-supporting function through technology and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Document Processes - Develop a comprehensive training manual and establish efficient workflows.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team - Set goals, mentor staff, and foster a customer-first, sales-supportive culture.
  • Optimize Productivity - Strategically plan resources to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze and report customer service metrics to leadership.
  • Enhance Customer Experience - Improve order management, phone handling, and overall service strategies.
  • Recruit & Develop Talent - Hire, train, and empower your team to reach new levels of success.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of customer service management experience
  • Background in call center environments (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to track and improve customer service performance metrics
  • Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & technology-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (a plus, but not required)
