The Director of Security will take the lead in managing our corporate security, safety, and emergency response programs. In this role, you'll oversee around-the-clock security operations, coordinate emergency plans, manage key vendor partnerships, and work closely with law enforcement and internal teams to uphold a strong culture of safety.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary:$110,000 - $155,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Oversee security operations across all corporate locations, ensuring the protection of employees, visitors, and assets.
  • Lead emergency response efforts and serve as a backup Incident Commander for major events.
  • Manage security vendors and surveillance systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee corporate safety programs.
  • Act as a liaison with company leadership, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
  • Oversee security training programs and provide strategic guidance on safety initiatives.
  • Manage department budgets and security-related projects.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Extensive experience in security, safety, and crisis management.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to analyze security risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and security technology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage law enforcement and company executives.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
