JOB DESCRIPTION Performs preventative maintenance and repair of equipment used in the maintenance of university athletic fields, and landscapes including but not limited to, university trucks, utility vehicles, golf carts, rotary and reel-type mowers, snow removal equipment, small hand and power tools such as backpack blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, etc. It has accountabilities for university equipment and maintains an inventory of parts and supplies for university equipment. This position is considered emergency-essential personnel. The hours are Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm. CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES May include any and/or all the following:

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION Benefits for this position are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with IUOE Local 148. Union employees receive health, retirement, and tuition benefits, as well as sick time and paid vacation. Hourly wage is $32.23 per hour.
