Overview

Primary responsibilities include monitoring computer systems used by EVS department. Duties involve data entry, assignment of staff, updating databases based on management reports, generating reports, and assist management with getting employee work shift started. Assist with operations and completion of tasks, daily assignments, and special requests, Is responsible for working with employees, management , and unit staff to assist them in providing service excellence and customer satisfaction. Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements. EXPERIENCE Two (2) to three (3) years related experience in hospital cleaning SPECIAL SKILLS Working knowledge of desktop word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications is strongly preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a stressful fast paced environment. Must be task and detail orientated with exceptional interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
