About the role:

This Project Manager role will lead projects as part of our Global Distribution Team and will sit in Quincy, MA - our Distribution Center. Projects will be a combination of US and Global Projects. As BSC expands globally the successful candidate will also capture best practices and implement across the globe.

This role is a hybrid workmode at our Quincy, MA location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position and Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Leading VIP & network optimization projects across the BSC distribution Network.
  • Develop project proposals in partnership with the Distribution teams
  • Lead project ensuring scope is maintained
  • Capture best practices and share globally via playbooks.
  • Interacts with internal customers, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures.
  • Contributes to the development of play books and procedures that capture best practices and standardizes them across the BSC global distribution network.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations etc).
  • Contributes to the development and monitoring of project budget through regular analysis of cost and spending.
  • Develops a strong network across BSC through Global Collaboration
  • Demonstrates the BSC culture through living our values and behaviors



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in a supply chain related role leading projects
  • 5+ years of experience in a distribution environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20%


Preferred qualifications:



  • Professional Project Management Qualification
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Creative thinker who can develop novel solutions

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
