Scan drawings and files, check for quality and completeness, and prepare and verify electronic data loads into the existing Engineering Data Management Inventory and Control system.
• Maintain the engineering drawing and master artwork library including filing, retrieving, and reproducing documents as required.
• Order missing drawings, receive, induct, and reproduce new drawings.
• File, reproduce, and distribute Engineering Change proposals (ECPs)
• Maintain the Technical Publications Desk responsible for maintaining all controlled documentation.

• High School Diploma
• Active Secret clearance
• At least 3+ years of experience in office or general administration in a DOD environment
