Location Address: 75 W Valpico Road, Tracy, California 95376 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) Local HR partner for multiple plants including Tracy and Fresno. This person will be a true partner to both plants and will travel to both. Must be in the area and able to travel to both Tracy and Fresno (milage will be reimbursed per the IRS rate). This role includes recurring, onboarding, payroll, general benefit and policy questions. Influences and coaches' leaders and associates. Conducts and leads employee investigations. HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis and action planning, HR Administration for On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping, compliance. Local expert on general benefit and policy questions. Supports our Tracy and Fresno plants. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Influences and coaches' leaders and associates. Conduct and lead employee investigations. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
