Position Summary |
The Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and entering transfer credit equivalencies for
UNC Greensboro. The Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst operates under the guidance of the Assistant Registrar for Operations and Student Services within the University Registrar's Office. Collaborating closely with the Undergraduate Admissions team, the Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst executes the transfer articulation process and ensures adherence to statewide policies and mandates. This position will work closely with faculty and departments to support the development of articulations that align with the
UNC System and the NC Community College articulation agreements and degree planning processes.
Currently:
The Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing articulation and transfer credit equivalencies for
UNC Greensboro. The Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst works under the direction of the Associate Registrar for Policy and Operations in the University Registrar's Office and in collaboration with colleagues in the Undergraduate Admissions team to collaboratively execute institutional strategic initiatives and ensure compliance in statewide policies and initiatives. This position will work closely with faculty and academic affairs staff to develop proficiency in college academic requirements and to support the development of articulations that align with the
UNC System and the NC Community College articulation agreements and degree planning processes. Finally, this position will work closely with Academic Affairs Technologies and Innovation to define data standards, design business processes, and implement technologies and systems to automate transfer credit evaluation and articulation. |
Minimum Qualifications |
BACHELOR'S DEGREE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS. |

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and/or one year of related experience in admissions, transfer, student services within a college setting, or student information systems. |
