The Sr. Data Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for defining and building key performance metrics, creating reports and dashboards, and working closely with business stakeholders to track and measure the impact of automated workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes are optimized and decisions are data-driven.

Job role and responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and maintain metrics, KPIs to measure business performance and the impact of process automation.
• Design and implement automation strategies for data collection and reporting to enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business users and developers to understand workflows and recommend performance improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Work within Agile methodologies to contribute to the lifecycle of performance tracking solutions.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across multiple data sources and processes.
• Clearly communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to the team and business stakeholders.
