Job Summary

The IDTF Program Manager plays a pivotal role within our organization, reporting directly to the VP of Special Projects. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams, as well as our valued customers in hospital and doctor's office settings, this role is essential for the successful integration of our solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Identify and Improve Processes: Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, designing and implementing best practices for efficient implementation.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the implementation of WatchPAT programs, with a focus on the Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) sector.

  • Training and Education: Lead the training and education initiatives for field teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary for successful implementation and adherence to best practices.

  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with both internal teams and customers, including large opportunity accounts, to oversee implementation efforts and ensure alignment with customer needs and objectives.

  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document customer requirements and business workflows to inform tailored implementation strategies, optimizing the integration process.

  • Utilization Enhancement: Drive increased utilization of our solutions within customer accounts through direct and indirect engagement efforts, including training and education initiatives.

  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with client implementation teams to facilitate successful program implementation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

  • Pre-Sale Support: Assist the sales team in explaining ZOLL Itamar interface mechanisms and details during pre-sale conference calls, contributing valuable insights to the sales process.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and delivering increased value to customers. Lead and execute internal projects, collaborating with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • RN/NP/PT or Healthcare Administration professional preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Clinical Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven strategic, analytical and implementation skills

  • Cardiology background preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience using instructional technology (simulation, online, web based, etc.)

  • Strategic thinker and visionary leader

  • Excellent people skills; likeable, motivational and genuine

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Travel Requirements

  • 60% Usually travel will be in the New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Jersey area. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight and could be for extended period of times.
