The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Pay Range: $81,900.00 - $135,200.00Job Description Deep analytical knowledge of interpreting complex data to meet business goals and objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Master's in nursing with at least 5 years of extensive experience. Education must be from an accredited institution. Education is verified. Active, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse. 5 + years registered nurse experience. 5 + supervisory or management experience with minimum 3 direct reports and performance management 2 + Previous academic leadership experience with the ability to lead, direct and advise faculty. Preferred Qualifications: PhD or DNP. Education must be from an accredited institution. Education is verified. Experience working with accrediting bodies and managing accreditation processes Experience with NP Programs Experience working with health professions fields such as health information management or health and human services Experience with distance education and distance learning students Experience in higher education Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact with all levels: students, faculty, and staff. Physical Requirements: Works primarily from home within the continental United States and is available to travel to meetings as required. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
