About the Role:

As the Assistant Brand Manager, Kinder Bueno USA you will be supporting the development and execution of brand strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and brand equity. You will make an impact across the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative marketing solutions that meet business objectives and delight our customers. To be successful in this role, we're looking for team player who can effectively interact and work with various functional departments and someone with the passion and drive to work with world-class brands.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the development of brand plans and strategies
  • Analyze market research and data to inform brand decisions
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to develop marketing campaigns
  • Support the launch of new products and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics



This position is HYBRID and will be based in our Parsippany, NJ office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In-depth market and brand analysis to assist brand management team in executing strategy within a fast-moving CPG category
  • Provides routine brand performance updates
  • Possesses solid project management skills from planning stage to execution and final assessment in order to achieve brand objectives and goals
  • Prepares and creates engaging, meaningful and persuasive presentations
  • Capacity to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative research for business purposes
  • Constantly monitors and tracks brand performance and initiatives
  • Maintains full understanding of the competitive environment to assess impact on business
  • Supports innovation lead with artwork development
  • Supports development of consumer activation plans and manages execution
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritize daily demands to meet tight deadlines
  • Inter-departmental engagement with Trade Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives
  • Collaboration with legal department to safeguard company and use of its assets in interactions with third parties
  • Efficiently manages relations with third party vendors (i.e.: graphic design agencies, research agencies, etc.), obtaining required output while minimizing costs

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business; Masters degree in Business is a plus
  • 1-3 years experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making
  • Detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with consumer data; i.e. IRI, ACNielsen
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
  • Motivation to advance in a merit-based, multinational organization
  • Must be self-motivated and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Adaptable to foreign cultures
  • Exposure and understanding of various classes of trade
  • Foreign language (i.e.: Spanish or Italian) knowledge is a plus
  • Product packaging development knowledge is a plus
  • Exposure to P&L management is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus
