Manager, Strategic Accounts

As the Manager of Strategic Account Management, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for driving team performance, developing talent, managing daily tasks, handling client escalations, and working with team members to strategize and support account growth. Your customer-centric approach and proven ability to deliver results will be critical to your success. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, ensuring quota attainment, and ensuring client satisfaction to maximize retention and account value.

What You'll Do:



  • Foster an inspiring team environment built on open communication and mutual trust.


  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members.


  • Delegate tasks effectively and establish achievable deadlines.


  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure timely task completion.


  • Monitor team performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.


  • Motivate and support team members to achieve individual and collective success.


  • Identify training needs and deliver coaching to encourage professional development.


  • Address team feedback, resolve conflicts, and manage client escalations.


  • Recognize and reward high performance and achievements.


  • Promote creativity, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


  • Collaborate with team members to develop account growth strategies and expand client relationships.


  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.


  • Ensure quota attainment through effective account management and sales strategies.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $105,000 to $115,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
