Job Summary
The Talent Coordinator is responsible for performing various administrative duties to support the branch in daily
operations. This role plays a key part in managing branch traffic, overseeing talent onboarding, and enhancing the overall
talent experience, ensuring a smooth process and efficient branch flow.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Facilitates walk-in traffic to ensure positive talent experience, onboarding and coordination for potential placement.
* Complete talent onboarding, including drug screens, in-branch processing, admin functions of I-9, and any clientcontractual SOPs, while maintaining proper documentation in the system of record.
* Conducts new hire orientation to provide support to on-site team.
* Branch Liaison: Coordinate with centralized support (SAS, centralized recruiting, calendar/phone mgt., etc.).
* Ensure compliance with operational SOPs.
* Daily communication with ebMax SPM to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
* Partner with Center Manager for talent resources and client opportunities.
Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience
* High school diploma/equivalent or 6 months related experience.
* Experience using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions.
Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)
* 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy office environment.
* Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and handle with
difficult situations diplomatically.
* Able to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form.
* Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
* Achieves results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective manner.
* Sees priorities, plans the efficient use of resources, and monitors progress against objectives.
* Responds positively to change and adapts to new situations quickly.
* Able to take on a diverse range of tasks equally effectively.
Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)
Standard Office: Typically work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard
office equipment. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and
regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this position:
* Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
* Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
* Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
* Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
