  • Lead initiatives that drive growth on two Frozen Foods brands:

  • Rao's Homemade Frozen brings the legendary taste of Rao's to the freezer aisle, offering restaurant-quality frozen entrees and pizza made with premium ingredients and no artificial preservatives.

  • Michael Angelo's is rooted in the tradition of homemade Italian comfort food, delivering classic frozen meals crafted with simple, wholesome ingredients - just like you'd make at home.

  • Lead projects with tenacity to achieve superior in-market results.

  • Working on a small and agile marketing team means your work will have immediate impact.

What you will do...

  • Oversee the entire Frozen Foods marketing budget to ensure we execute our annual plans with excellence while maintaining the financial targets and obligations of the business.

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders, present learnings to leadership, and help develop solutions in response to in-market performance.

  • Become the Marketing lead for all business analytics, consumer insights, and industry trends by completing routine analytics on base business, newly launched products, and the competitive landscape.

  • Serve as key collaborator in organic social media strategy; working closely with agency partners on content, calendarization, coordinating product shipments, and approvals.

  • Preserve our brand equity and brand voice by developing and maintaining all brand assets, imagery, and promotional graphics for Rao's Homemade Frozen and Michael Angelo's.

  • Be a true business partner within the company, across many functions and levels of the organization, by confidently representing the voice of our consumers.

  • Play a key role in the Marketing function, and continually bring positive energy to the Frozen Foods business unit and throughout the organization.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred; passion for marketing and brand building required (Note that MBA with CPG Brand Internship will count in lieu of experience)

  • Financial competency in budget management, consumer and category insights, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proven track record of delivering results, including innovative ideas and methods to drive winning marketplace & financial outcomes

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA preferred

  • Experience in CPG Food marketing a plus

  • Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines, and prioritize against the most important business drivers

  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze situations and quickly develop options, outlining assumptions, trade-offs, & risks

  • A high-energy, passionate individual who leads by example and builds relationships on a foundation of trust & respect

  • Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach to leadership and partnership, representing the consumer with excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • An innate desire to hold themselves fully accountable for delivering results, with an internal fire to succeed. Can navigate, and even thrive, when faced with ambiguity

  • Ability to persuade, influence & inspire through both verbal and written communication

  • Comfortable being direct while forging strong relationships

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
