Position: Receptionist Location: Wauwatosa, WI Company: Holzhauer, Hewett, & Barta Orthodontics, an MRA Member Type: Full Time. Four, ten hour days Pay Range: $17.00-$21.00 per hour, benefits listed below. We are a large, fast paced, multi-location, orthodontic practice serving patients throughout the metro Milwaukee area that is in need of a receptionist in our Wauwatosa location. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for all of our patients, their families, and our employees. Our receptionists are responsible for managing the front desk's day-to-day operations. They must be able to multitask efficiently while ensuring that all tasks are completely promptly. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients and their families in a professional manner. Schedule a variety of appointments according to practice protocol to ensure the days run as smoothly as possible for the doctors and orthodontic assistants. Answer a busy phone in a clear and polished way. Direct calls as needed. Take messages and write emails to doctors and other departments within the practice. Accurate data collection and entry. Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting room area. Help manage office supplies. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a positive rapport with patients and their families quickly and efficiently. Professionalism. Having a courteous attitude and appropriate conduct at all times. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to be the direct liaison between patients and their families and our doctors. Extreme attention to detail while managing daily tasks. Proficiency in computers and other office equipment. We are prepared to train the proper professional but must have experience as a medical receptionist.
