Summary:

The Analyst, Channel & Account Operations will support the Senior Manager in optimizing customer-facing and distribution processes. This role is instrumental in tracking performance metrics, managing account orders, and facilitating cross-functional communication. By ensuring seamless channel and account operations, the Analyst will help drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

* Track and report on Specialty Distributor / Specialty Pharmacy programs to monitor effectiveness and performance.
* Support pricing negotiations and channel loading activities to optimize distribution.
* Manage customer portal tools and assist in strengthening field-to-customer relationships.
* Maintain detailed logs of incoming requests, including new account activations, evaluation kit requests, demo kit replenishments, and returns/replacements.
* Generate and present performance reports to leadership, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tools and resources that enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist in project management efforts related to key operational improvements.
* Partner with Area Managers (AMs) to understand market dynamics, best practices, and operational challenges.
* Support the commercial team in designing and executing distribution strategies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

Interaction:

This position will work closely with internal departments, such as Marketing, Field Sales, Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, and with external consultants.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 1-3 years of relevant industry experience within areas such as sales operations, business analytics, or trade. *
* Experience in the hospital segment or with surgical-based medical device products is a plus. * Advanced experience in database software, including Microsoft Excel and Access, with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and management.

* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to travel as needed. Ability to travel up to 5%
