Pay: $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: 1st shift available As a CNC Machinist, you'll work closely with the Machine Shop Programmer and Engineers to ensure that parts and assemblies meet company specifications. You'll handle all stages of part operations, from setup to first article approval, while contributing to continuous improvements and reducing waste. Additional responsibilities include performing in-process quality inspections, entering data into management forms, and refining production processes. Responsibilities: Independently complete machine setups Review job orders, blueprints, and design data to determine the best tools and machines for the job Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate records Suggest process improvements to minimize part quality variation Participate in internal training and assist with additional duties as required Qualifications: U.S. Person status required due to export control High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of MasterCam experience Understanding of machine tool clearances, fixture offsets, and cutting tool offsets Ability to read blueprints and understand quality requirements Experience with precision machining inspection methods Ability to work in a noisy environment and stand for long periods Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Staffmark offers a variety of benefits to recognize your hard work, including weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
