Do you have welding experience and ready for the next step in your career? Staffmark is hiring for a Welder in Jonesboro, AR, where you can partner with a local manufacturing company. If you lack professional development opportunities, it's time for us to connect!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm, or Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $23 per hour

Requirements: Must have MIG/TIG experience. Ability to continuously lift and move up to 50lbs.

Welder essential tasks:



  • Perform welding tasks, including vertical and fast-paced downward welding.
  • Clamp, tack-weld, grind, or bolt components to achieve required configurations.
  • Select and install torches, tips, and filler rods based on specifications.
  • Ignite torches, start power supplies, and adjust gas flow/pressure for proper flame.
  • Operate common hand and power tools used in welding, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc equipment.
  • Inspect initial products, adjust, and report safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain a clean work area, adhere to safety rules, and follow company policies.
