Requisition ID# 163605 Job Category: Administrative / Clerical Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Electric Engineering Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Danville Integrated Grid Planning Strategy Intern Department Overview Integrated Grid Planning (IGP) is responsible for developing stable, multi-year investment plans using a data driven approach that solves multiple needs to achieve our strategic objectives for the electric Transmission and Distribution systems. Integrated Grid Planning bundles work that addresses multiple needs (e.g., wildfire risk reduction, expanding capacity to serve new or growing load, improving asset health, and improving reliability), creating efficiencies that reduce the cost of delivering safe, clean, and affordable energy to our customers. Position Summary The Integrated Grid Planning Strategy Internship position is located within the Integrated Grid Planning (IGP) organization. IGP is looking for a talented summer intern to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The intern will assist in industry engagement, regulatory and stakeholder education, process documentation, and data tracking. This role will involve collaborating with team members to support various strategic initiatives, preparing presentations and reports, and conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes. The actual hourly rate paid to an individualwill be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications,experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related to these factors. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.52 to $35.37 Responsibilities Supporting senior staff with:
