Position Overview

Adjunct appointments carry no commitment on the part of Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell (ENMU-R) for employment beyond each specific event and at each specific position for which you are hired. SALARY: $700.00 per credit hour

ENMU-Roswell is seeking highly motivated and skilled adjunct instructors to teach in a variety of technical education disciplines for upcoming semesters. Acceptance into the adjunct pool does not guarantee employment. A successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction, develop course materials, and support students in achieving their educational goals. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in Agricultural Science and Technology, Agricultural Mechanics and Technology, Automotive Technology, Aviation Maintenance Technology, Construction Trades, HVAC-R, Office Management/Business Computer Information Systems, and Welding.

Disciplines Needed:

  • Agricultural Science and Technology
  • Agricultural Mechanics and Technology (Ag-Mech-Tech)
  • Automotive Technology
  • Aviation Maintenance Technology (FAA A&P License required)
  • Construction Trades
  • HVAC-R
  • Office Management/Business Computer Information Systems
  • Welding

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach assigned courses in the designated discipline.
  • Develop and maintain course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessments in collaboration with the Director of Technical Education.
  • Provide a positive, interactive learning environment for students.
  • Evaluate and grade student performance in a timely manner, using Canvas.

Adjunct faculty positions are part time temporary assignments that are based on the needs of theUniversity.
