Fall 2025 - Customer Completion & Delivery Internin GAC Savannah

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects
2. Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards
3. Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process
4. Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights
5. Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions
6. Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests
7. Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft
8. Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems
9. Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred
10. Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools
11. Special projects as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. To be considered as an intern, Fall2025Applicants must plan tograduate from their current academic program afterDec. 2025or plan to continue their education in theSpring 2026(ie. Bachelors to Master's).
2. Minimum 3.0cumulative GPA at the time of application isrequired and must be listed on the submitted resume. GPA must remain above a 3.0through theFall semester and through the Spring semester for Summer 2026internship.
3. Must have reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship
4. Must be available to work at least 14-16 weeks, 20 hours a week (full time is preferred), in personduring the months of August/September through November/December2025for Summer internship

This position will be posted until 3/31/2023, and interviews will start by April.
