What you'll be doing...

Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You'll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help them manage multiple deliverables and stay on track. When expertise in project management is required, you will be there to assign responsibilities and set goals to maintain project momentum and achieve your team's desired outcomes.

  • Collaborating with assigned teams to understand product definitions and feature scope, develop project timelines, and communicate commitments and project-related decisions.

  • Operate with autonomy to make business decisions that move utilization forward based on field, and leadership feedback.

  • Driving improvements and utilization of the Business Quote Tool for all business markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional channels to improve new prospect customer journeys.

  • Driving large-scale national projects that impact various systems, workflows, and resources.

  • Facilitating scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives and help with release management activities.

  • Summarizing project information into easy to understand communications that keep everyone in the loop and on track.

  • Driving process improvements and adopting best practices to improve team performance.

What we're looking for...

You're great at bringing people together from different functions to work towards a common goal. Driving projects forwards gives you a lot of satisfaction, whatever the obstacles you encounter on the way in a rapidly changing environment. You enjoy facilitating and are an excellent communicator, helping everyone to perform at their best.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience as a Project Leader and/or Project/Program Manager leading multiple projects at a time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methods.

  • Competency in Jira/Confluence.

  • Experience in Software Engineering.

  • Experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Experience driving product development with autonomy.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $124,000.00 and $231,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
