As a Business Analyst, you will gather and prioritize customer requirements, working with the Development team to ensure solutions meet customer needs. You will work across the business and alongside the Product Management team, bringing expert input and clarity to the ongoing development of the platform.

What you will be doing:

• Work across the business and alongside the Product Management team, building relationships with key stakeholders and other relevant internal and external parties, working directly with customers where appropriate.
• Take high-level features and requirements, using various methods to determine detailed requirements, removing ambiguity of design, and making recommendations to the product management team regarding implementation and priorities.
• Interact with a content developer to ensure all help and training materials are accurately prepared, drilling down into detailed requirements to ensure they are well-formed and clearly understood by all.
• Take the role of product owner within the development team, creating and managing the backlog, including epics and user stories, and supporting the team to plan delivery on a quarterly basis.
• Understand the impact of designs and changes to operational/business processes and documentation, identifying and mitigating project and organizational risks.

• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to identify and understand product requirements, writing business and customer requirements, and producing specification documents.
• Experience performing business process analysis for roadmap features, answering questions from the development team about features and requirements, and performing demonstrations of sprint reviews.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
