Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the ongoing management of a specialty pharmacy distribution system that maximizes patient care, adherence, compliance within the network. This includes oversight of day-to-day operations with specialty pharmacies and monitoring of reporting systems that will keep the organization informed of various SP performance metrics (KPI's). The Sr. Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations serves as the interface for daily business activities that are conducted at the specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary contact for specialty pharmacy customers and hub pharmacy liaisons in the distribution network for Travere products
* Ongoing monitoring of patient referrals into specialty pharmacies and assist in resolving roadblocks timely to improve patient access
* Participate in weekly meetings with specialty pharmacies and hub partners to drive positive outcomes in patient access
* Ensure operational issues between Travere and key specialty pharmacy customers are identified, tracked, and resolved
* Conduct audits of specialty pharmacy activities and data reporting
* Participate in quarterly business review meetings and monitor key performance metrics
* Provide strategic input for business strategies related to specialty pharmacy operations
* Project management of various initiatives at specialty pharmacy
* Collaborate with specialty pharmacies and Travere stakeholders to design adherence/compliance programs based on customer needs

Education/Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
* A minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience
* A minimum of 5+ years experience within the specific areas of specialty pharmaceuticals, patient/HUB services, trade distribution or other market access related activities within the pharmaceutical industry or demonstrated equivalent leadership experience within Travere.

Additional Skills/Experience:

* The ideal candidate will embody Travere's core values: Courage, Community Spirit, Patient Focus and Teamwork.
* Strong professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably small molecule pharmaceuticals.
* Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment. Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
* Experience with specialty pharmacy models required.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Account and/or project management, and specific disease state/market knowledge required.
* Requires the ability to lead effective large and small group presentations.
* Ability to travel 10-20% domestic and possibly internationally.
* All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100% remote.

Compensation: Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees.

Target Base Pay Range:

$128,000.00 - $165,000.00
