EA Ventures Innovation MBA Intern (Summer 2025)

Summary

We are looking for an Innovation Intern (Summer 2025) to join our EA Ventures Innovation Labs team. This role is for on-site or hybrid work in Austin, TX.

At EA Ventures Innovation, we aim to be the most innovative problem solvers at EA. We are a team of strategists, product managers, and developers who use experimental techniques to rapidly test new technologies and experiences for our players. Our focus is to improve the connective tissue around EA's core interactive products, whether it's improving current experiences or creating brand-new ones. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • You will contribute creative ideas to improve the player experience for, around, and beyond EA's games.
  • You will collaborate internally and with other EA teams to build and execute new experimental projects
  • You will use internal and external resources to quantify the project's impact to EA

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA Program with a Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 targeted graduation date
  • Familiar with product management concepts and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience presenting complex concepts to executive leadership, technical, and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working with data. Familiar with Excel (can perform complex functions) and SQL
  • Undeterred by ambiguous problems with no obvious answer, excited to dig into the "why"
  • Professional or Academic experience with new product launches, business cases, GTM strategies, or data analytics
