The Senior Director Website and Scaled Creative will report to the VP of Technology and Business Solutions.

Responsibilities:

As Sr. Director of Website and Scaled Creative for EA Experiences, you will lead our website (ea.com) and our low-touch creative solutions. Reporting to the VP CRM, you will advance EA Experiences' strategy and will lead the product management, operations and strategy of your products to achieve our overall goals. Your scope will include our website (ea.com) and our lower-touch creative solutions. You will partner with your peers on the CRM team and our studio, marketing, commercial and platform teams to delight our customers. This is a 3-day a week hybrid role.,

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 3-year roadmap for our website and lower-touch creative products ensuring they meet both EA Experiences short and long-term needs.

  • Lead the product design, implementation and operations of a new lower-touch creative solution, using technology/process to deliver scaled output on a rapid cycle (e.g. daily).

  • Lead the website product and operations teams, providing coaching to help team members further their careers.

  • You will develop closed-loop mechanisms and reporting to audit your team's results, ensuring the future scalability of your products and operations.

  • Manage roadmap prioritization according to EA Experiences goals/frameworks

  • Serve as a product expert across EA, influencing our approach in areas such as design thinking, product optimization, player personalization and product management.

  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements in partnership with CRM tech, and communicate inherent risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners.

  • Partner with Experiences team peers to ensure your products are fit for purpose and delivering on our team goals.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in scaled digital team.

  • 5+ years experience managing product/creative/channel teams.

  • Experience building scaled products (>100M users) with global reach.

  • Experience building products that use individual player behavior.

  • Experienced in building automating low-touch content, with demonstrated expertise in delivering scaled solutions a plus.

  • Experience building solutions that improve Marketing and Commercial outcomes to achieve business targets.

  • Work with multiple partner teams, with Marketing and Commercial team experience a plus.

  • Experience managing and working with distributed/remote teams.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $179,900 - $249,800 CAD
  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
    • $202,700 - $308,800 USD
  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
    • $191,100 - $281,600 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
