Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for the Publishing division in all professional markets in assigned territory. Use site visits, conferences, and strategic relationships to establish and maintain selling relationships with Hazelden Publishing's current and prospective business-to-business customers.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with business-to-business accounts including treatment facilities, corrections professionals, educators, institutions, government agencies and professional distributors.
  • Stay current on all Hazelden product lines and uses, and on market trends, technical developments, competition, and successful selling strategies. Communicate essential information to aid in product development.
  • Organize, direct and coordinate the Hazelden Publishing Divisions sales related activities for the assigned Region, assuring that sales objectives are attained or exceeded.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Human Service Field or equivalent experience

  • Sales, customer service - direct selling experience to Businesses/professionals. (2-5 years)

  • Computer skills (Basic MS Office, Customer Account Management)

  • Current Driver's License and in good standing

  • Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check
