Overview

**This is a pipeline requisition designed to collect resumes for potential upcoming work at AMERICAN SYSTEMS and does not represent a current opening. Qualified candidates will be contacted when an opening/funding becomes available**

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.



Responsibilities

As a Vulnerability Researcher with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have an opportunity to do the following:
    Analysis of computer network engineering and network traffic data
  • Analysis of malicious network activity and computer network protocols
  • Use advanced cryptanalysis, reverse engineering, and attack modeling concepts


Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 2-years of proven experience including:
    • C programming in contemporary Windows and Linux/Unix software development environments
    • Reverse engineering Windows applications, using IDA Pro, OllyDbg, Windbg, Ghidra and others
    • Reverse engineering Windows kernel modules, using IDA Pro, OllyDbg, Windbg, Ghidra and others
    • Implementing cryptographic algorithms
    • Windows device driver development
    • Android or IOS application development environments,
