Overview

Job Summary This position has the primary responsibility elevating our team's performance and ensuring seamless client support through comprehensive training initiatives. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires, continuously updating and maintaining our standard operating procedures (SOPs), developing engaging training materials. This position will also or ganize both in-person and online training events to foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires in the Client Services team
  • Develop and deliver both in-person and online training events to highlight key processes and procedures
  • Create engaging training materials including PowerPoint presentations, flashcards, surveys, and webinars
  • Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices, ensure the team is familiar and adhere to them
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training
  • Work with the Transformation department to ensure updated training on new technologies and processes.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in training coordinator role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training content using various multimedia tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Familiarity with the context of In-Vitro Diagnostics/ Medical Devices regulations

Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.

  • Demonstrated ability of interpersonal skills to building rapport with trainees and collaborating effectively with different departments
  • Confident with public speaking
  • Strong organizational abilities to schedule and prioritize multiple sessions and tasks
  • Analytical skills to evaluate training outcomes and participant feedback
  • Flexibility to adapting quickly to changes in regulatory requirements and company needs or technologies

Travel requirements: 5%-10%
