Financial Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN Job ID: #70544 Pay Range: $44-51 Job Description: Contract role, US Citizens and Persons only. The contractor will support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly forecast and close. Consolidate information into business-wide financial statements and prepare for review with senior management. This person will possess these key attributes: Financial acumen, communication, leadership, flexibility, passion, determination, persistence. Responsibilities: Financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and annual planning, as well as preparation of action plans and recommendations for business and operational decisions. Perform cash flow analytics and evaluation of working capital metrics, providing insight for cash forecasting Lead the functional cost consolidation process ensuring load accuracy across the business units as well as putting together a cohesive story for leadership. Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) software maintenance, reporting and consolidation. Partner with vertical market leaders to prepare supplemental reporting for sales and orders. Evaluate standard processes, utilize technologies, and make recommendations to automate and increase efficiency. Provide support for senior executive presentations. Qualifications: A Bachelor's or higher in finance, economics, business management, statistics, or related fields. CFA, CPA, and/or MFA are strongly desired. Considerable accounting skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Technical skills, Leadership and management skills, and Analytical skills.
