Business Development Representative

Acara Solutions is hiring a Business Development Representative for our client, a growing start-up organization in West Seneca, NY!

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

• Experience making high-volume phone calls
• A strong interest in building a career in sales
• A personable and driven attitude!

Here's what you'll do:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses from provided lists.
• Confirm and gather customer information (e.g., name, address, phone number) using Google Docs and NetSuite.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers to facilitate partnerships or referrals to distribution channels.
• Qualify leads during calls to determine if businesses are suitable for further engagement.
• Focus on generating quality output and building long-term opportunities for growth.

Position Type: Contract to Potential Direct

Pay: $21.50/hr.

Schedule M-F 9:00AM-5:30PM **100% Onsite

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume phone call environment.
