Microsoft Dynamics Consultant Atlanta, Georgia 30303 12 Months Description: The specific CRM application utilized by the city is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. The Team is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing support and professional services for the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The selected vendor must have the ability to configure, modify, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The vendor will be required to resolve issues and develop enhancements as dictated by business needs. The vendor will assign a primary Technical Consultant to review tasks, draft requirements/acceptance documents, determine level of effort estimates, develop resolutions and/or enhancements, and test/deploy solutions. Additional vendor duties will include but are not limited to: Requirement gathering and analysis for future integrations. Troubleshooting/resolution of issues, questions, and customizations. System configuration and customization. Screen design, automation, and upgrades. Platform administration and/or enhancements. Performance monitoring/tuning to ensure operational efficiency. Knowledge transfer/mentoring for technical resources.
