Maintenance Technician *Shift: 2nd Shift (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm)* *Pay: $27 per hour + Based on Experience (BOE) + $1 per hour Shift Premium* We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, particularly in food manufacturing, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production machinery. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance of various food production equipment, ensuring all machines are running efficiently. Preventative Maintenance: Execute the preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of equipment. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Analyze and diagnose mechanical or operational issues with production equipment, and take corrective actions to resolve problems quickly. Scheduling Repairs: Work with the maintenance and operations departments to schedule repairs for key production lines and equipment. Minor Electrical and Plumbing Repairs: Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs as needed to support production operations. Mechanical Expertise: Use your knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and conveyors to address mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
