We have an exciting opportunity for aMechanical (HVAC) Service Sales Representative located in Madison, WI .

How you will contribute:

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who enjoys selling, has strong interpersonal skills, independent, resilient and detailed orientated. The primary role of this position is promoting and driving owner direct HVAC service agreements and small HVAC project work in the Madison and surrounding area. Showcase your persuasion and negotiation skills as you introduce a customer to Ahern's portfolio of service and construction offerings. This position is responsible to establish contact with potential customers by scheduling calls and following up on leads, while closing sufficient sales and effectively utilizing internal resources to execute service and project work while growing the HVAC business in theMadison, WIregion. You will demonstrate your ability to anticipate customers' needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations while developing and maintaining a positive ongoing customer relationship.

What you need to qualify:

Ideal candidateshould possess either a proven record of HVAC technical field experience with an aptitude to learn the sales portion of the role or a strong technical mechanical and sales foundation. Candidate must be results oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, proven leadership abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills. A demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business and the demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels is required.
