Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION The Team Leader provides Clinical and Administrative supervision to a team of 5-10 School-Based therapists. The Team Leader will be available during business hours to answer administrative and clinical questions. As an administrative supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operations for each supervisee. This will include ensuring that documentation is completed timely, productivity expectations are adhered to, approving PTO and timesheets. As the Clinical Supervisor you will oversee the treatment plans and provides clinical oversight to master's level clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor may also need to conduct treatment team meetings and/or be available for additional staff meetings as applicable per program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's degree required. Years of Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a community mental health setting. Licensure supervisor preferred Certification/Licensure Independently licensed and in good standing as a LPC-MHSP with a minimum of 5 years licensure experience.
