Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 6:00am - 2:30pm
MON TUE WED THU 2:00pm - 11:30pm
FRI 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Working as {Job Type} Fastenal Cold Heading Warehouse Support, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean workplace, performing minor repairs, painting and assisting with inventory control and data processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Performing minor repairs and painting

o Maintaining a clean working area

o Performing inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods

o Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

o Using software systems to track work orders and production

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Proficient written and oral communication skills

o Proficient computer skills

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs

o Pass the required drug screen (application in the US, Puerto Rico and Guan ONLY)

Fastenal offers a 401(k) with an employer contribution.

COMPENSATION:

The base pay range for this position is $18/hr -22/hr. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
