Customer Service Production Planner - Hybrid
Overview As a Production Planner at MEC, you will support production in the areas of sales order management, forecast management, customer interface and work order maintenance. You'll be working with several customers within Construction, Agriculture, and Automotive Industries. This role is a hybrid role - you'll work at least 3 days in the office with ability to work from home on the 4th day and overtime days. Addtional in office days may be required as well. Typical office hours for 1st shift are 6am-4:30pm Monday - Thursday Responsibilities
Enters sales orders and acknowledges ship dates.
Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate/Bachelor's Degree in related field, one to three years planning or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc..)
