What to Expect as a DaVita PCT 1:1 Patient Care - Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatments for up to four patients at a time. Technician Duties - Monitor patient vitals, set up dialysis machines, and record observations before, during, and after treatment. Comprehensive Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more National Career Opportunities - 3,000+ locations across the U.S. CHT License Reimbursement - We invest in your professional growth Schedule & Training Details Flexible Shifts: Clinics operate Monday - Saturday (4:00 AM - 12:00 AM) with rotating Saturdays 10-12 Hour Shifts: Work 3-4 days per week with schedules set 3-4 weeks in advance Training Period: Expect 32-40 hours per week of paid training before transitioning into your permanent role Who We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Passion for helping others & working in healthcare Comfortable working around blood & needles Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) Physically capable of standing for long shifts (12+ hours) Willingness to work across multiple clinics if needed Healthcare experience is a plus! CNA, CMA, Phlebotomy, or Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience is beneficial but not required! Ready to Make a Difference? Join Us Today!
